-All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
-Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If your order’s shipment is delayed significantly, we will contact you via email to notify you.

PLEASE NOTE: "Business day" refers to Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Next Day requested on Fridays is not available for Saturday arrival.
Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout, but here are some general guidelines.

* Standard delivery is available for all U.S. addresses. APO/FPO military address deliveries arrive within 4-10 business days via USPS.
** Express & Next Day deliveries are not available for P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, and other certain areas our parcel carriers cannot reach.
*** Bootzy Couture is not responsible for UPS/USPS shipping delays
**** International customs fees and duties are the customer’s responsibility.

If you're shipping to a country outside the U.S., your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. For more information regarding custom policies, please contact your country's local customs office.
CAN I STILL CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before 3pm PST. We will not be able to make any changes beyond that period.
Gift cards are a digital purchase. Once purchased you will receive a special code via email. This can be used upon checkout. If you are having issues with your code please contact us at email@example.com.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Hi, it's me Bootzy Smallz, and I'd like to impart a bit of my Bootzy Smartz to you canine sisters and brothers filling up the shopping cart with our fantastic couture. Before you press purchase with those paws, please fetch that human of yours and have them read our Delivery and Returns requirements. Due to the nature of our work here at Bootzy Couture, all designs are only available for exchange given there is a discrepancy or the customer is unsatisfied due to design error. Returns are not accepted unless the item is damaged. Damaged includes rips, stains, fabric and hardware damage. Please be sure to tell your humans to measure our Furiends as accurately as possible before ordering. Refer to the pet measuring guide we have provided for you. Exchanges will incur additional carriage charges. However, should you feel the need to return an item, please follow these requirements:
1.) It is essential to contact us in advance to determine if the item you wish to return or exchange can be accepted back. We will issue you with a returns note that must be completed for any item returned to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please email your request and be very clear stating the reason why you would like to return the item.
2.) All returns or exchanges must be in their original packaging, with all labels and tags intact, unused, and in new condition. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for any merchandise that is not in its original new condition or has had its labels and tags removed. So if you've chewed the box and hid the tags from your human, how lovely it's yours.
3.) All articles are shipped direct via courier from our USA office. A signature (not a paw print) will be required on delivery. If you are not home to receive your parcel, you will be left a notification to contact the carrier or to collect the package from your local post office. Please ensure you contact the carrier within 48 hours or collect your parcel within seven days otherwise, it will automatically be returned to us, incurring extra postage charges.
4.) If the package appears damaged at the time of delivery, do not sign for it or accept it. It will be returned to Bootzy Couture, and we will send you an exchange or credit.
5.) In the unlikely event that the article you receive is in a damaged or faulty condition, you must not use the item or remove the tags or labels. You must notify us within 48 hours of receipt to email@example.com, clearly stating the nature of the damage or fault. You are required to keep all the packaging for inspection.
6.) You must notify us within 30 days of placing your order if it has not arrived.
7.) Refunds will be given in the form of store credit only. Credits are valid for one year from the date of issue, so make sure you visit us at www.bootzycouture.com before the year is up to use your credit.
8.) Custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
9.) Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
10.) For your security, please use an insured courier (i.e., FedEx, UPS, DHL, or insured post)to return any item. It is essential to keep your receipt and to use a service that required a signature on delivery. Your contract for returning an item is with the carrier and not with Bootzy Couture, therefore, should the item get lost or damaged, you will need to claim compensation directly from the carrier. We can not be held responsible for returned articles that are lost or damaged in transit.
